Kayangan Living will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receive and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged/broken or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with proved images of the items
Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
Refunds
Incase of items damaged badly, You can have the options of refunding the money or we will send back the new one to you. Please follow the instruction that will be given to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items.

Issue on colour resolution / pattern
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may vary slightly from what you see (example : the position of the flowers may be at different places).
